RPO Symphony Showhouse 2010

Ketmar Development Corporation proudly announces that for the third time, they have been selected as the host location of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra’s Symphony Showhouse. This 2010 venture includes a “duet” of homes, the Philharmonics and the Pops.

These first floor master upscale designs are under construction at The Cottages at Malvern Hills off Thornell Road in Pittsford. Both homes include completely finished lower levels. Rochester’s finest interior designers will display their artistry in each room of both homes. The homes featuring the designer rooms will make their debut in May 2010. Both of these homes will be available models for purchase with possession in July 2010.

The Cottages at Malvern Hills will have 27 homes when complete. It is a 23-acre community and is a maintenance-free, European-inspired neighborhood, with walking paths and three aerated ponds. The European Cottage-style homes are on 1/3 acre lots and share 11 acres of green space.

In total there will be 54 spaces (9,000 square feet) for guests to view and to be inspired.
